Should Congress limit the immigration of individuals from known hot-spots of terrorism?

Every day we are seeing more and more news reports on the growing threat of terrorism. The threat of terrorist attacks have become the new norm for many European countries, especially those who practice open-border immigration policies. I recently took action to combat radical Islamist terrorism and illegal immigration in the United States. These bills are important steps towards protecting Americans here at home.
